1. | Once an organization registration request is submitted for approval, the user with the Primary AO privilege receives an email with the Organization Information, directs them to the request. From the email, click Here to go to the request in the EHBs. | |
Landing on the login page, enter your email address and password. When ready, select Sign In to enter the system. | ||
2 | You land on the User Organization Registration Request Page which displays the Requestor’s information: A. User Account Status B. Contact Information On the bottom of the page, you have the option to: C. Select Approve or Reject to the registration request. | |
Approve Request | ||
3 | If you select Approve, another mandatory field appears to Assign the Role to the grantee requestor. | |
Reject Request | ||
4 | If you select Reject, a mandatory field appears to provide Comments (Reason for rejection). | |
Confirm Request Decision | ||
5 | Once you confirm the requestor’s information and select your decision to Approve or Reject the request, click Confirm, on the bottom right of the page. | |
Reviewing Previous Requests | ||
6 | Landing back on the Pending Tasks – List Page, you see the recent request is no longer present. Click on the Recently Completed Tab to see a list of the previously reviewed and decided requests. | |
7 | You land on the Completed Tasks – List page, where the Access Requests are filed. Select View under the Options column on the right side of the page to view the Tasks Details. | |
8 | A pop-up appears which overviews the Account Status, Contact Information, and Action History. When you finish reviewing, select the Close button on the bottom left of the screen to close to the pop-up. |
Annual Review Process | |

1 | On a user's anniversary registering to your organization, you receive an email to complete the annual review. In the email, click on the word here to go to the EHBs and complete the annual review task. Important! You must make a decision on the annual review request within 30 days. If a decision is not made, the user is automatically removed from the organization. |
2 | Or, from the top navigation bar in the EHBs, select Tasks. |
3 | If you selected the Tasks tab, find the Annual Review task you want to work on from the Pending Tasks List page and select Start in the Options column. |
4 | The review page displays the Name, Role, Account Status, Email Address, and Phone Number. If the user is still associated with your organization, select Approve. If the user is no long with your organization or does not need access to the organization in the EHBs, select Remove. Be sure to select Confirm after making your selection. |
5 | After making your decision, you can view the information from the Completed Tasks page. Find the Annual Review task and select View in the Options column. |
6 | The read-only Organization Periodic Review page displays the annual review decision details. |
