 How do I access my FQHC-LAL program?

  1. From anywhere in the EHB, click the FQHC-LALs tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the FQHC-LAL Home context menu (drop-down) for the LAL you want to access.
  3. Select the Action or View you want by clicking on its link.

 How do I view my Designation Portfolio?

  1. From anywhere in the EHB, click the FQHC-LALs tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the FQHC-LAL Home context menu (drop-down) for the LAL portfolio you want to access.
  3. Click the Designation Portfolio link.

 How do I work on my Initial Designation Application?

  1. From anywhere in the EHB, click the FQHC-LALs tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the FQHC-LAL Home context menu (drop-down) for the LAL portfolio you want to work on.
  3. Click the Work on Initial Designation Application link.

 How do I add a Designation to my Portfolio?

  1. From anywhere in the EHB, click the FQHC-LALs tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the FQHC-LAL Home context menu (drop-down) for the LAL portfolio you want to work on.
  3. Click the Add Designation to Portfolio link for the respective LAL.

 How do I allow others to work on My Initial Designation Application?

  1. From anywhere in the EHB, click the FQHC-LALs tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the FQHC-LAL Home context menu (drop-down) for the LAL portfolio you want to work on.
  3. Click the Application Peer Access link for the respective LAL.
