 How do I create a H80 Health Center CIS Request?

  1. Click the Grants tab to access your Grant Portfolio.
  2. Select the Request H80 Health Center CIS context menu link.
    OR
  3. If you are within a Grant Folder, access the Grant Home page
  4. Click the Request New H80 Health Center CIS link.

 How do I edit an existing H80 Health Center CIS?

  1. Click the Tasks tab.
  2. Select the Edit context menu option for the H80 Health Center CIS you want to edit.

 How do I access a submitted H80 Health Center CIS?

  1. Click the Grants tab to access your Grant Portfolio.
  2. Click the Existing H80 Health Center CIS link in the Grant Home page.

 How do I delete an existing H80 Health Center CIS?

  1. Click the Grants tab to access your Grant Portfolio.
  2. Click the Existing H80 Health Center CIS link in the Grant Home page.
  3. Click the Delete option for the CIS.
