When uploading documents into the Lender Portal, Lenders should exclude or redact any sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) prior to uploading documents. See below examples of sensitive and non-sensitive PII: - Sensitive PII includes:
- If stand-alone: alien registration number, biometric identifiers, driver's license or state ID, financial account number, passport number, social security number, truncated SSNs, Taxpayer ID, Military ID, and Personal Health Information (PHI)
- If Linkable to Non-Sensitive PII: account passwords, citizenship or immigration status, criminal history, date of birth, ethnic or religious affiliation, medical information, mother’s maiden name, place of birth, sexual orientation
- Non-Sensitive PII includes:
- Name, email (work/personal), home address (work/home), performance plans (sans ratings), phone number (work/home), position descriptions
