DATA 2000 Waiver Training Payment Program

This video provides an overview of the DATA 2000 Waiver Training Payment Program in the Electronic Handbooks, EHBs. This applies to Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) organizations who are applying for a one-time payment under the DATA 2000 Waiver Training Payment Program.

The federal government is transitioning from using DUNS numbers to using Unique Entity Identifiers (UEIs).  Before you submit your application, check your SAM.gov account to make sure your UEI is up to date.
