Manage Favorite - Grantee

The Manage Favorites feature allows users to organize, pin, and remove their saved items for quick access from the Favorites widget or the Manage Favorites link under the profile menu on the top right of the Home page. It provides full control over which items appear under Top Favorites and how they are displayed.


Functional Details:

  • Displays all saved favorites in a structured grid with columns for Group, Favorites, Favorite Type, Date Added, and Pin to Home Page.
  • Differentiates between Top Favorites (displayed on the Home page widget) and Other Favorites.
  • Allows users to pin or unpin items to control what appears in the Top Favorites section on the Home page.
  • Provides a Delete option to remove individual favorites from the list.
  • Supports sorting and filtering, including date-based filtering using the calendar and filter icon.
  • Includes pagination controls and adjustable page size for managing larger lists of favorites.
  • Accessible directly from the user profile dropdown under Manage Favorites, enabling quick configuration of Home page shortcuts.
