Recently Accessed - Grantee

The Grantor Recently Accessed page provides a categorized and sortable list of the users most recently viewed items, including Organization Folders, Grant Folders, and Grant Other Submissions. It displays the exact last accessed date and time with direct “View” links, along with filtering tabs and grouping options to quickly resume work across grant-related records.
















Key Functional Features:

  • Filter items by module using tabs (Free Clinic, Tasks, Organization, Grants, View All).
  • Sort results by Item name or Last Accessed date/time.
  • Group records by item type using the “Group By” dropdown.
  • Access direct “View” links to reopen folders, grant records, or submissions instantly.
  • Track exact date and time of last activity for workflow continuity.
  • Navigate through paginated results and adjust page size for larger activity histories.
