2. if all of the above but annual agreement not signed and profile not up to date, then will see annual agreement page to sign and then profile page to continue/review. then get to homepage
3. if annual agreement is signed but profile not up to date, then will just see profile page
4. if profile up to date but not annual agreement, will just see annual agreement
5. Disabled account - will see error message, reach out to help desk
6. if EHBs account not found with the email address, will land on registration/profile creation page

if EHBs inactive after 18 months, reach out to help desk to get reactivated. IMPORTANT!! XMS account inactive after 60 days. link help pages: https://xms.hhs.gov/help/job-aids/help_pages.html . xmshelp@hhs.gov get email reminders starting 5 days out so it doesn't get inactivated. terminate account after 13 months of inactivity. receive emails from xmshelp@hhs.gov after 12 months of inactivity and will see the XMS agreement to share info when you go to log in again |
