Approve/Reject User Organization Request | ||

1 | Once an organization registration request is submitted for approval, the SAM.gov Electronic Business POC receives an email with the Organization Information, as well as a link that directs them to the request. From the email, click Here to go to the request. | |
2 | Enter your Login.gov Email Address and Password, and click Sign in. | |
3 | Next, enter the two-factor authentication code and click Submit.

4 | You land on the User Organization Registration Request Page which displays see the Requestor’s information: A. User Account Status B. Contact Information On the bottom of the page, you have the options to: C. Select Approve or Reject to the registration request | |

5 | If you select Approve, another mandatory field appears to Assign the Role for the grantee requestor. | |
Reject Request | ||
6 | If you select Reject, a mandatory field appears to provide Comments (Reason for rejection). | |
Confirm Request Decision | ||
7 | Once you confirm the requestor’s information and select your decision to Approve or Reject the request, click Confirm, on the bottom right of the page. | |
8 | A success message appears to let the SAM POC know they have completed the registration request |
Annual Review Overview | |

Beginning April 26th, 2024, all users registered to an organization will go through an annual review process. This is to ensure all registered users are still associated with an organization. On the anniversary date of the user registering to the organization, the user with Primary Authorizing Official (AO) privilege receives an email and a task to complete the annual review. If the organization does not have a user with Primary AO privilege, the request is sent to the SAM.gov Electronic Business POC and they must create an EHBs account, if they do not already have an account, and register to the organization. If the user is still with the organization, they can approve the registration, and if the user is no longer with the organization, they can remove the user from the organization.

Annual Review Process | |

1 | If there is no user with Primary AO privilege in your organization, on a user's anniversary registering to your organization, you receive an email to complete the annual review.

2 | If you are completing the annual review, select the Tasks tab from the top navigation bar in the EHBs. |
3 | Find the task you want to work on from the Pending Tasks List page and select Start in the Options column. |
4 | The review page displays the Name, Role, Account Status, Email Address, and Phone Number. If the user is still associated with your organization, select Approve. If the user is no long with your organization or does not need access to the organization in the EHBs, select Remove. Be sure to select Confirm after making your selection. |
5 | After making your decision, you can view the information from the Completed Tasks page. Find the Annual Review task and select View in the Options column. |
6 | The read-only Organization Periodic Review page displays the annual review decision details. |
